Teresa is the Executive Sponsor of Freshfield Bruckhaus Deringer’s Asian’s Women’s Network. Through she has mentored and sponsored several women associates and aided in their professional development. Among the first to commi to Freshfields’ Every Day Gender Equality’ initiative (EDGE), Teresa is actively part of creating an inclusive and equal culture at her firm. Teresa is a frequent panelist and speaker and as authored an op-ed in the Financial Times discussing gender diversity in Hong Kong that issued a call for gender quotas on boards of Hong Kong listed companies. In addition, Teresa is the Co-Chair of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Listing Review Committee, Founding member and Steering Committee Member of the 30% Club Hong Kong as well as being an Advisory Board Member of Women in Law in Hong Kong.
