Pallavi was named to Crain’s Chicago Business’s Most Powerful Women in Business (2019) and Better Chicago’s 25 Most Powerful Women (2019). Since joining Accenture 30+ years ago, Pallavi has built a reputation as a someone who promotes gender diversity–both internally and externally. In addition to leading Accenture’s Apprenticeship program in North America which connects underserved groups, including women with innovation economy jobs, Pallavi is the executive sponsor for the Planning for Success Program which matches Black & Hispanic managing directors with a sponsor. A committed champion for inclusion, Pallavi was the Executive Sponsor of International Women’s Day in Chicago and a member of The Chicago Network where Pallavi was instrumental in developing member programing. She has served as a sponsor and mentor to hundreds of women over the course of her career.
