Jacqui is the Founder and Leader of UK’s Women@ Amazon and has provided thousands of employees with resources to progress across all levels of business. She has steered the delivery of Amazon’s Flexible Working Guidelines in 2017 implemented across six countries and has lead Amazon’s mentoring schemes. Winner of the Worldpay Everywoman in Retail Ambassador Award, Jacqui supports Amazon’s Cambridge Development Centre and is the Co-Chair of the International Women’s Day Leadership Forum. Through the latter, she has facilitated forums as part of the Women in Silicon Roundabout (WISE) campaign for gender balance in science and engineering.
