Akansha is an international mentor, successfully steering women to achieve strategic goals and unlock their potential. She carries this with her both inside and outside the workplace. At work, she is helping drive the campaign for diversity, leading a team where women hold 80% of roles across various levels. Outside the workplace Akansha engages with schools to help improve literacy for young women in India. She was a part of the Women Leadership development program in Barclays, and was awarded the CFO award in Fidelity.
