Tanveer is part of the working group for the Africa Financial Markets Women Agenda. The broad agenda is to develop a mentorship framework for the female talent; promote career development and leadership base via Short Term & Long Term assignments across the SCB footprint. Tanveer is currently coaching a female graduate on expressing her interest to join the global Foreign Exchange trading team. On International Women’s Day Tanveer celebrated women in Financial Markets East Africa by conducting a session focused on #Pressforprogress motivating the wider community to be gender inclusive. Outside of work, Tanveer is part of Ramgharia Youth Association volunteering on social and welfare programs. Prior to this she was part of  the mentorship program at Kibera School for Girls under the Shining Hope for Communities (SHOFCO).
