As Chair of Aon’s Multi-cultural network, Siva leads the inclusion and equality agenda focussing on raising the profile of the unique challenges faced by BAME women within the Insurance and Financial Services sector. The network recently launched a speaker series focussing on C-Suite executives sharing their success stories on building diverse teams, driving collaboration and ultimately business results. Siva has a passion mentoring, and currently mentors entrepreneurial women through her involvement in community networks and provide them with the guidance and strategic advice to achieve growth within their business. In 2017, Siva won the Rising Star Award within Investment Management as part of the We Are The City initiative.
