Having become frustrated with the narrow lens through which women were represented in popular culture, Rachel developed Female Tribes- a global insight study, a book and a business consultancy. Rachel defined and qualified the term ‘Female Capital’ – the value that women bring to the world as women. In March 2018, Rachel was personally awarded Female Future Leader IPA. Rachel has championed many varied initiatives aligning with this agenda, including a 4-part documentary, ‘Her Story: the female revolution’, with BBC World News., #drawaline with UN Women to end violence against women.
