Pamela has been instrumental in forming ICAP’s Women’s Network, of which she is Co-Chair. Founded in 2009, she has delivered events for employees introducing female speakers such as Michelle Mone and Eve Pollard to illustrate Entrepreneurship and representation of women in male dominated roles. As a result of the network, Pamela has been able to form mentoring relationships with women internally to manage their career progression and navigate the corporate. Pamela is a Board member and Director at WILD (Women in Listed Derivatives), and chairs the Mentoring Committee. Pamela has been an active mentor and coach at Central Foundation Girls School in Bow  spending one hour mornings a month for the academic year working with year 10 and 11 girls. The demographic make- up of the school is 95% Punjabi. Alongside this, Pamela is looking to work with Dr Claudette Bailey Morrisey to create a programme of mentoring focusing on BME girls. Pamela is a committee member of TP ICAP’s global ‘connect’ diversity committee and looking to play an instrumental part in the set- up of the TP ICAP’s first Ethnic Minority and cultural Backgrounds  committee too. She is an Advisory Board member and Brand Ambassador for Dress for Success who work to empower and mentor women back into the workforce.
