Julietta is the Founder and CEO of The Communications Store (TCS) and has ensured that inclusion is at the core of her business, As a member of the Board of Directors and Diversity TaskForce, Julietta has a formal board level of responsibility for sustainability and diversity, and she is engaged with TCS grassroots staff group to discuss and lead workplace initiatives in an open forum. With Julietta’s rigorous work on B Corp assessment TCS has become a purpose-driven company legally obliged to deliver positive environmental and social impacts, as well as profit. In addition, Julietta is an Executive Board Member of CEW (Cosmetics Executive Women) and an Ambassador for the Prince’s Trust campaign, Women Supporting Women, the latter of which she helps nurture, empower and inspire young women to build their own dream futures.
