Demet is a strong, skilled gender equality advocate who is passionate about creating opportunities for women in the workplace and beyond. Demet is VP and Board member of UNGC TD which she was instrumental to the establishments of inclusion policies and its dissemination. Demet is a mentor with WPP’s Women Empowerment Mentorship Programme & one of the mentees in GroupM’s “The Bridge; ethnic and cultural inclusion initiative and she is a skilled member of the WPP Global Inclusion Council. Demet is the Project Leader of WPP Turkey Culture Projects which explore barriers to entry and success that women face in the professional world.
