Brenda leads the Inclusion and Diversity community with PwC’s Workforce Strategy and Culture team. Through her strong advocacy, she has encouraged new partners to join the 30% Club cross-company mentoring scheme, has created a regular D&I forum and has spearheaded a new initiative for bias awareness trainings within the firm. Externally, Brenda was the Global Chair of the 30% Club and current Advisor and Steering Committee Member, is an advisor to the national Hampton-Alexander Review and has recently been named a Trustee on the Board of the Women’s Prize for Fiction. Brenda’s work in advisory capacity to the 25×25 Initiative has seen the 30% Club’s goal of a 30% increase in the representation on the FTSE 350 ahead of time. A true leader in D&I, Brenda is committed to driving inclusion in the workplace and beyond.
