Ashlesha leads the Gender Equality Network for EMEA at Russell Investments, and is a member of the EMEA Diversity & Inclusion committee. She chaired and organised a panel event for International Women’s Day with 3 prominent industry speakers to educate and spread awareness of key issues. On top of this, she is organising a ‘Gender Equality Skills Based Training Week’ with multiple workshops/events, which will be taking place in September.  Outside of work, Ashlesha is a committee member of the Diversity Project, sitting on the ‘Gender Equality’ working committee. Mentoring up and coming talent is also important to Ashlesha – she mentors 3 women in the asset management industry.
