Arati is the Sponsor of Accenture’s Inclusion and Diversity Programme for Advanced Technology Centers in India (ATCI) with which she has designed and executed training programmes and initiatives for women. She is the Creator and Lead of the Grow Women in Leadership Programme and the Creator of High-Tech Women and has overseen the virtual Parents@Work support program seeing a 99% retention rate of mothers returning to work. Passionate about driving gender equality in the workplace and beyond, Arati has been recognized in the Top 10 Women in Tech List by VoiceNData for International Women’s Day 2020. She is the Programme Chair of Grace Hopper Celebration and is a committed Mentor to women technology professionals.
