Amani is the Executive Sponsor of ViacomCBS Women’s ERG Here@Viacom and has served as a catalyst to help develop key D&I initiatives across the organization as well as mobilizing and moderating several panels for the group. Amani is the Founding Member of Chief, a club for women at the VP and C-Suite levels to work together and elevate each other into becoming strong leaders in the workplace and beyond. She is a skilled Mentor and author of an upcoming book and has partnered with Catalyst on their #BiasCorrect campaign which supports show juries in becoming 50:50 gender balanced.
