Carol is a Client Service Delivery Manager at Northern Trust. In addition to chairing the business’s Women in Leadership Business Resource Council in Ireland, Carol participates in the Ireland Executive Gender Balance Group; a sub-committee of Northern Trust’s Ireland management team solely focused on ensuring gender parity across its workforce in Ireland. While recognising the intersectionality of women, Carol has championed a female-focused cohort of an internal mentoring programme to support the development women in the early-to-mid stages of their professional life, introduced role modelling initiatives to enhance the visibility of senior females, and driven an increase in male ally-ship through inclusive engagement.
As the Country Head for Northern Trust Ireland, Meliosa is responsible for driving strategy and has championed gender diversity in the implementation of firm-wide policies. She establish the Executive Gender Balance Group at Northern Trust and have achieved their target gender balance ahead of time, diversifying the talent pipeline and recruitment efforts.
